and consultant for preparing of development documents.
Construction scheduling. Value engineering, budgeting
and vendor approvals.
Tendering Stage : Follow with architects/concultants
for preparations of tender drawings/BOQ and final estimates.
Assistance in evaluating tenders and negotiation with
contractors. Assistance in work/purchase order preparation,
term and conditions thereof. Cash flow planning and
resource deployment.
Construction Stage
: Details master plan preparation, PERT programming,
project monitoring, coordination meetings with consultans/clients/contractors.
Cost/Time overrun monitoring and verification of bills/estimates.
Final Stage : Scheduling of all finishing activity,
enable effects handover of utilities, services and interiors
to operating agency with as-built drags/maintenance
schedules/logs/contract details etc.
